In the case of the rehabilitation/prevention exercise, we discuss the goals in the first place. In the first session I will assess your muscle strength, joint mobility, and general fitness level. In accordance with the results and your goals, we will meet/work together with the agreed frequency, mixing the elements of physical therapy, functional training and stretching. We mostly work with equipment (coordination ball- Bosu, pilates ball, trx, bands, dumbbells, small ball, coordination stick, step pad, foam roller, kettlebell, box, ropes, etc.) and own body weight, but heavier weights are possible to use if needed...
