What does it consist of?

The steps of the complex health promotion process

Anamnesis recording and condition assessment

anamnesis (review of medical findings, recent laboratory review (no older than 3 months!), discussion of imaging findings, intolerances, allergies, body composition, anthropometric measurements, lifestyle questionnaire, nutrition diary, physical activity questionnaire, results of health screenings, risk classifications for endemics, mental fitness test, social anamnesis)

Defining goals and priorities

During the goal and priority-setting process, we discuss the patient's individual needs, health condition, and life situation to develop personalized, realistic, and sustainable plans for long-term health.

Developing a personalized treatment plan

setting up a treatment plan (depending on the goal, it may include: nutrition advice, diet plan, nutritional supplement advice, physical activity advice, rehabilitation exercise plan, stress management techniques, sleep routine, health screening/prevention plan and additional elements according to individual needs)

Follow-up appointments and continuous monitoring

control meetings according to demand/plan, during which we might modify some elements of the plan based on personal feedback, any change in life situation, individual preference, new goal, etc.

How much time, how many sessions does it take?

The duration of the program and the number of sessions depend on the patient's individual needs and the complexity of the treatment plan.

if everything arrives the first consultation (60-90 minutes) will be arranged

Scheduling appointments will be arranged based on the selected rehabilitation exercise package.

control appointments at 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks (45-60 minutes)
