Developing a personalized treatment plan

setting up a treatment plan (depending on the goal, it may include: nutritional counseling, diet plan, nutritional supplement counseling with an exact schedule, combined and coordinated with possible medications, physical activity planning, rehabilitation exercise plan, stress management techniques, sleep routine development, screening/prevention plan and supplements according to individual needs)

Follow-up appointments and continuous monitoring
